VAEA and Empower Federal Credit Union team-up to provide financial planning seminars

We are excited to inform you of a new opportunity for VAEA Members. As a Member of the VAEA you now have access to a financial professional on a regular basis to consult with concerning your financial matters. Empower Associated Services, Inc. (EAS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Empower Federal Credit Union, will be offering a series of seminars as well as ongoing, on-site financial guidance to VAEA members. The seminars are designed to give you important information on various financial topics such as Retirement Planning and Education Funding.

Message from the VAEA President

Thank you for visiting our website. You will notice that several areas of the site are currently under construction or have already changed, for instance I felt that our previous organization phrase “The VAEA and YOU, working together to make it happen”, had become outdated and it has now been replaced by “The VAEA, for employees, by employees”, as this better represents our mission and who performs that mission. It is our intent, this year, to find a way to re-energize the VAEA, getting more involvement from our members, and getting a better understanding of what areas the VAEA needs to get involved with.

Please feel free to send your suggestions for better ways that the VAEA can be redesigned to be of better value to you, the member.
